本网站以“礼传友谊，物载初心”为理念，汇集了自新中国成立以来，党和国家领导人、外交机构在国际交往中收到的代表性外交礼品。从亚欧大陆的精巧水晶、非洲大陆的质朴木雕，到美洲大陆的文明遗存、大洋洲的独特手作，每一件展品背后都藏着一段鲜活的外交往事，记录着一次跨越文化的真诚对话，承载着不同文明之间的尊重与欣赏。

王天晞，1946.1西安市出生，原籍山西省运城市永济孙常村，中共党员。70年毕业于西北大学历史系，89年研究生毕业于北京大学中国文化书院中外文化比较专业（颁有证书）。曾任职中国人民革命军事博物馆办公室主任（大校）；陈列宣教部部长兼研究馆员。在任期间，承办了四届全国全军军事科研课题，成书《中国战典》《中国战争发展史》《中国历代战爭哲学探源》《中国战爭史地图集》等，获全军科研成果奖和优秀图书奖，中国出版政府奖提名奖。参与并带领团队进行了多个馆厅基本陈列修改布展。其中，《抗美援朝战爭馆》的布陈展示，获评全国十大精品展荣誉（时为文博界最髙奖项）。退休后，研究诗词和书法，获文化部艺术发展等三个中心联合授予“国家一级艺术大师”，评为“国家髙级书法师”（颁有证书）。

2017年获联合国可持续发展目标推进行动组委会《和平公益书法大使》奖牌。2018年被评为“博鳌中国当代德艺双馨艺术家”，书作被收藏。2019年参加新中国70华诞献礼，被评为十位“艺术标兵”之一；授予“博览五千年 塑造当代贤一一标杆书画家”。在全国书画名家抗疫“环球行”中被授予“大爱无疆”艺术家荣誉称号和“中国艺术抗疫大使”；全国两会被推荐为“2020当代艺术领军人物”。2021年建党百年红色和诗书画大赛荣获特别金奖，收入作品集。经评审授予“百年巨匠一一新中国艺术名家”荣誉称号；当年9月1日，特授予“全国十佳杰出功勋艺术家”荣誉称号和《中国一线艺术家》称号。12月，被特批为《中俄艺术形象大使》；授予“中国航天艺术科普大使”。虎岁文化先行，助力冬奥，被颁发“2022北京冬奧会书画艺术大使”奨标。6月，作品巜俄烏双方当止战矣》被评为金奖，颁发铜牌、奖章及《中园艺术百花奖》证书。在庆贺建军95周年和联合国第20个国际和平日，被授予“国际和平艺术家”称号；又被特授于“国礼艺术家”(颁发印鍳)。年底，被评为《人民书画家》；2023年3月，被授予《中国当代世界级艺术家》。6月6日刋登于《光明日报》艺术界领军人物专版；11月，被中宣部，文联授予“世界艺术.风标人物”；中国艺术揩模。时代功勋人物。2024年，被授予“中央文史研究馆特别推荐功勋艺术名家”，获文旅部《国家文化艺术獎》，又被评选委员会授予《共和国勋章.中国功勋模范人物；7月，被五大单位授予《巴黎奧运会文化交流大使》。11月被中宣部，中国互联网新闻中心授予“文化中国行特邀艺术名家”。年底，成为中国美术学会，书法研究会等八大单位签约书画家。2025年7月被中国书画家联谊会工委会特聘为书画家：经中国文联中国文联文艺研修院综合评定特授予“共和国艺者”称号。

Wang Tianxi, born in Xi'an in June 1941, originally from Sunchang Village, Yongji, Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from the History Department of Northwest University in 1970, and obtained a master's degree in Comparative Chinese and Foreign Cultures from the Chinese Culture College of Peking University in 1989 (with a certificate). Formerly served as the Director of the Office of the Chinese People's Revolutionary Military Museum (Colonel); Minister of Exhibition and Propaganda Department and Research Curator. During his tenure, he undertook four national military research projects and authored books such as "Chinese War Classics," "History of Chinese War Development," "Exploration of the Origins of Chinese War Philosophy in Various Dynasties," and "Atlas of Chinese War History." He was awarded the Military Research Achievement Award and Excellent Book Award, as well as the China Publishing Government Award for Excellence. Participated in and led a team to carry out basic exhibition modifications and layout in multiple halls. Among them, the Bu Chen exhibition of the "Korean War Museum" was awarded the honor of being one of the top ten fine exhibitions in China (the highest award in the cultural and museum industry at that time). After retirement, he studied poetry and calligraphy and was jointly awarded the title of "National First Class Art Master" by three centers including the Ministry of Culture's Art Development Center. He was also awarded the title of "National Senior Calligraphy Master" (with a certificate).

In 2017, he was awarded the "Peace and Public Welfare Calligraphy Ambassador" medal by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Promotion Action Committee. In 2018, he was awarded the title of "Boao Contemporary Chinese Artist of both Virtue and Art" and his works were collected. In 2019, he participated in the 70th anniversary celebration of the founding of the People's Republic of China and was named one of the ten "artistic pioneers"; Confer the title of 'Exhibition of Five Thousand Years, Shaping Contemporary Talents - Benchmark Calligraphers and Painters'. Was awarded the honorary title of "Boundless Love" artist and the "Chinese Art Anti Epidemic Ambassador" in the national "Global Tour" of calligraphy and painting masters to fight against the epidemic; The National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference have recommended him as the "2020 Leading Figure in Contemporary Art". In 2021, the Red Harmony Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Competition for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China won a special gold medal and was included in the collection of works. After evaluation, awarded the honorary title of "Centennial Master - Famous Artist of New China"; On September 1st of that year, he was awarded the honorary title of "Top Ten Outstanding Meritorious Artists in China" and the title of "China's Frontline Artist". In December, he was specially approved as the "China Russia Art Ambassador"; Confer the title of "Chinese Aerospace Art Science Popularization Ambassador". Tiger Year Culture takes the lead and contributes to the Winter Olympics, awarded the title of "2022 Beijing Winter Olympics Calligraphy and Painting Art Ambassador".
