举办本次艺术家专题活动，正是立足书画独特的外交传播价值，汇聚优质原创书画精品，打造标准化、专业化外事礼选资源库。以丹青为桥梁，赋能艺术家登上国际外交舞台，让更多兼具艺术水准与时代寓意的书画作品走出国门，以笔墨讲好中国故事，以美育促进民心相通，持续助力新时代文化外交高质量发展。

As the most distinctive artistic carrier of the Chinese cultural context, Chinese calligraphy and painting carry the millennium old Eastern aesthetics, philosophical ideas, and national spirit. It is a flexible diplomatic language that does not require translation and crosses national borders. It has long been active in various diplomatic scenarios such as state visits, international summits, embassy gifts, and people to people diplomacy, playing an irreplaceable core role in major country diplomacy and friendly exchanges between people.

Calligraphy and painting are long-term carriers for mutual learning of civilizations. Compared to conventional diplomatic gifts, calligraphy and painting have multiple values including art collection, display, and permanent preservation. A large number of high-quality works are permanently collected by overseas embassies and international organizations, and the influence of Chinese culture continues to spread for a long time. Holding this artist themed event is based on the unique diplomatic communication value of calligraphy and painting, gathering high-quality original calligraphy and painting masterpieces, and creating a standardized and professional foreign affairs gift selection resource library. 李奇林教授:岭南名医 国家科学奖评审专家，國礼书法艺术家，人民艺术家，一级书法师。李奇林教授：岭南名医，1969年1月应征入伍，2004.8集体转制由笫一军医大学珠江医院急诊科主任，教授、主任医师（副军级）转入南方医科大学珠江医院急诊科主任，教授、主任医师，荣立三等功3次；现为南方医科大学珠江医院急诊科教授、主任医师，中国中西医结合学会灾害医学专业委员会前主任委员、中国研究型医院学会卫生应急学专业委员会前副主任委员，中国毒理学会中毒与急救专业委员会前副主任委员、广东省中西医结合学会灾害医学专业委员会前主任委员，广东省中西医结合学会卫生应急学专业委员会前主任委员、中国老年保健协会心肺复苏专业委员会副主任委员，国家级心肺复苏导师，广东省红色旅游文化促进会健康卫生专业委员会主任委员.广东省吉安商会医学专家委员会主任委员.，广州书法与鉴赏协会常务理事，广东省中医药书法学会常委，北京巨匠丹青书画院副院长，中国大众文化学会书法艺术专业委员会常委，国家科学奖评审专家，國礼书法艺术家。2017年在同心圆工程粤港书画慈善大型公益活动中荣获爱心艺术家称号；2019年荣获笫四届（健康中國）书法美术作品展书法优秀奖；书法作品2021年收入庆祝中国共产党建党一百周年国礼邮册并授予國礼书法艺术家称号；书法作品2024年收入庆祝新中国成立75周年国礼邮册并授予國礼书法艺术家称号；主编、副主编出版《全科急救学》、《急诊科医师查房手册》、等专著12部，发表学术论文126篇。《奋斗》已藏入广州国家版本馆。

2026年3月被评为人民朮艺术家，书法一级师。书法作品录选记念中国工农红军长征胜利九十周年国礼纪念邮册并授於国礼艺术家称号和共和国红色文化楷模。

In 2017, he was awarded the title of Love Artist in the Guangdong Hong Kong Calligraphy and Painting Charity Large scale Public Welfare Activity of the Tongxin Circle Project; In 2019, won the Calligraphy Excellence Award at the 4th (Healthy China) Calligraphy Art Exhibition; In 2021, calligraphy works will be included in the national ceremony stamp album celebrating the centennial of the founding of the CPC and awarded the title of national ceremony calligraphy artist; Calligraphy works will be included in the national gift stamp album celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of New China in 2024 and awarded the title of national gift calligraphy artist; The editor in chief and deputy editor in chief have published 12 monographs, including "General Emergency Medicine" and "Emergency Department Physician Ward Round Handbook", and have published 126 academic papers. In March 2026, he was awarded the title of People's Art Artist and First Class Calligraphy Master.
